ITIL 4 has consecrated the use of many modern management methods for managing services. Should we continue to use the same old data visualizations for service management or is it time to take a new look at how to visualize information?This presentation reviews the issues behind information visualization and modern management. It provides many examples of visualizations that are better suited to these new methods than are many of the stale, old visualization types.
